Celox PowerLine for Sage 50 Accounts
Security
Existing security over your Sage data is maintained. No one can access the data without appropriate Sage logins and passwords. When you login to Celox PowerLine only those companies for which the login and password are valid allow data selection.
In the example below the user does not have permission to access Evenlode Homes Ltd.
Multi-company
Celox PowerLine is multi-company, but does not require you to login to each company separately to export the data - all companies are visible from one form.
Select individual customers, suppliers and products, or all.
The decide whether you want all transactions or just those that are outstanding.
Customer, supplier and product data
Once transferred to the PDA the customer 'tab' shows a list of customers. Selecting a customer refreshes the screen, displaying full details for the selected customer.
Select a customer by highlighting it and open the full customer.
The basic data exported for customers and suppliers includes:
- Name
- Address
- Contact names
- Telephone numbers
- E-mail address
- Oustanding balance
- Credit limit
- Account on hold?
Drill-down to the customer's transactions by clicking the 'Transactions' item.
Customer and supplier transaction data includes:
- Transaction type (invoice / credit note)
- Reference
- Date
- Details
- Original amount
- Outstanding balance
Product details include:
- Stock code
- Description
- Quantity in stock
- Selling price
